Spartan Staffing Solutions has partnered with a dealer in construction equipment rental and sales. Together we are in search of a Product Support Manager to lead their team in Bristol PA area.
Your Role:
- “Tow and Show”: Your day-to-day duties involve safely operating a 1-ton pickup while towing equipment. You’ll showcase our products to customers, emphasizing their Features, Functions, and Benefits.
- Holistic Approach: You’ll be part of all aspects of business relationships, including parts and service. Don’t worry—the industry’s strongest service teams have your back

Requirements:
We’re seeking passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Organizational and Territorial Management Skills:
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building, customer retention, and account penetration.
- Proficiency in managing territories effectively.
- At Least 3 Years of Equipment Sales Experience:
- Proven track record in equipment sales.
- Your experience will be valued and put to good use.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Computer Skills (MS Office and CRM):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Valid Driver’s License:
- Essential for the role.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
- Background Check and Drug Screening:
- Must pass both.
